Karimski Orchestra is a musical project created by Karim Martusewicz, a renowned Polish bassist and composer. This orchestra is unique because it combines various musical styles – from jazz to film music and rock, creating a modern sound with influences from many genres.
The orchestra’s lineup changes depending on the project the formation is involved in.
As the artist says:
“Our orchestra first came together during the recording of the soundtrack for the film “Too Old for Fairy Tales 2″. That’s when the idea arose to give a name to the previous occasional formations such as ‘Karimski Chamber Orchestra’ or ‘Karimski Club Orchestra,’ to unify them, and from that point on, to operate under a new banner with fresh, new energy. And that new energy is primarily provided by the wonderful YOUTH!”
